The Challenge: In the fast-paced world of commercial real estate, complex data and market insights can easily become overwhelming for clients. The challenge was to translate dense property analytics, market trends, and strategic proposals into visually digestible, high-impact collateral that maintained Cushman & Wakefield's global brand standards while standing out in competitive bidding environments.
My Role: I served as a Lead Project Manager and Visual Strategist, collaborating closely with brokers and marketing teams to produce professional-grade pitch decks, quarterly market reports, and offering memorandums. My role involved more than layout; I curated the information hierarchy and designed custom data visualizations to ensure key investment takeaways were immediately clear to stakeholders.
The Result: A suite of polished, institutional-quality assets that streamlined the communication of complex real estate data. By standardizing design workflows and enhancing the visual clarity of pitch materials, I helped the team present a more cohesive and professional brand image, directly supporting successful client acquisition and market positioning.
